Analysing Romantic Comedy Opening Sequences - Conclusion

Now I've looked at a number of opening sequences from my genre I've noticed the following conventions occur frequently:

• The use of high-key lighting
• Introduction to one or both of the main protagonists and their personality traits
• Upbeat background music
• The use of lower case letters in the font for the titles

I'm going to try and include many of these conventions in my opening sequence.
