• The production company that is used, is commonly used in romantic comedies
• Props (limo) - is used to indicate romance
• Costumes (wedding dress) - used in romantic comedies to symbolise romance
• The setting (wedding) - symbolises romance
• Introduced to main protagonists and their personality traits which show that they're not compatible which is a typical storyline of a romantic comedy
• Voiceovers are often used in romantic comedies to further introduce the main protagonists
