Opening Sequences and Settings - Introduction

I've already looked at a number of opening sequences and have found that one of the main purposes is to introduce the setting. So I've decided to look in more detail at 2 opening scenes that focus on introducing the setting and discuss how the setting is introduced. The 2 films I've chosen to analyse in terms of the way they choose the settings are:
